About the Role
The F&B General Manager will oversee all facets of restaurant operations within this luxury social club environment. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, ensuring that every element—from service to financial performance—meets the highest standards. The GM will work closely with ownership and the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience grounded in hospitality, culture, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, training, finance, and compliance.
- Develop, mentor, and empower management and hourly teams through structured training and clear performance expectations.
- Implement efficient systems for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to maintain quality, consistency, and concept alignment.
- Maintain operational readiness and cleanliness in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Analyze P&L statements, labor targets, and cost metrics to drive profitability.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions.
- Build and sustain a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in an upscale or fine-casual restaurant.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financials, and operational systems with precision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience opening or scaling a concept preferred.
- Deep passion for hospitality, culture, and team development.
- Ability to balance the energy of a social club with the refinement of fine dining.
